Welcome to Sola Archive. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sola Archive website at solaarchive.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Sola Archive is operated by Sola Blyze LLC, registered in the State of Florida, United States.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase or create an account. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us at solaarchived@gmail.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display products and prices accurately. However:

- Colors, fit, and finish of physical products may differ slightly from images shown on the Site due to monitor settings, lighting, and small variations in manufacturing.
- All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, change prices, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
- Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Sola Archive reserves the right to accept or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, supply issues, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order we have already accepted payment for, we will refund you in full.

Pre-Orders

Most Sola Archive drops are sold on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

- Production begins after the pre-order window closes.
- Shipping timelines are longer than standard orders, as detailed in our Shipping Policy.
- Cancellations follow our Return Policy and depend on the production stage.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the full amount of your order to the payment method you provided. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and other licensed processors. Sola Archive does not store full payment card information.

Returns, Refunds, and Shipping

Returns, refunds, and shipping are governed by our Return Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the Sola Archive name, logo, designs, photographs, product images, written copy, and the "a test of character" tagline, is the property of Sola Blyze LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a product link on social media) is permitted.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

- Use the Site for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts
- Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the Site
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to place orders, especially during pre-order drops
- Impersonate Sola Archive, Sola Blyze LLC, or any of our staff
- Resell Sola Archive products through unauthorized channels (full resale rights are subject to our written approval)

We reserve the right to cancel orders and terminate accounts that violate these rules.

User-Submitted Content

If you submit content to the Site (reviews, photos, comments, or messages), you grant Sola Archive a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote that content in connection with our brand. You retain ownership of your content. Do not submit anything that infringes someone else's rights or contains illegal material.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be waived under applicable law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sola Archive and Sola Blyze LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Sola Archive, Sola Blyze LLC, and our affiliates from any claim or demand made by a third party arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the policy will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
