Shipping Policy

Sola Archive ships from Clearwater, Florida. This policy covers shipping timelines, costs, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Order Processing

Standard in-stock orders are processed within 2 business days of order placement. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

Pre-Order Items

Most Sola Archive drops are sold as pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you agree to an extended fulfillment timeline. Here is how it works:

- The pre-order window stays open for a set period (usually 7 to 14 days from drop launch).
- After the window closes, production begins. Production typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.
- Once your item is produced, it is shipped from our facility within 2 business days.
- Total time from pre-order to delivery is typically 5 to 8 weeks. We will email you status updates throughout production.

If production is delayed, we will notify all pre-order customers by email with the new estimated ship date.

Shipping Rates and Times

Domestic (United States):

- Standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Rates calculated at checkout.
- Free standard shipping on orders over a threshold announced at checkout (when applicable).

International:

- Available to select countries at checkout.
- Standard shipping: 7 to 21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.
- Rates calculated at checkout.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Tracking

A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of your order shipping, check your spam folder, then email solaarchived@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Sola Archive is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive the package, or selecting a signature-required option if available.

If your tracking shows in-transit but has not updated in over 10 business days, email solaarchived@gmail.com and we will file a carrier investigation on your behalf.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, email solaarchived@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once production or fulfillment has begun.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs in this case.
