Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Sola Archive is a small brand that makes limited runs. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and we do not issue refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or fit. Please review the size guide and product details carefully before you order.

The only exception is an item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. That is covered below.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong product, we will make it right at no cost to you. Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Within 7 days of delivery, email solaarchived@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we confirm the problem, we will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or refund you in full. This is the only situation in which we accept a return.

Do not ship anything back before contacting us. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Pre-Order Items

Some Sola Archive drops are sold on a pre-order basis, meaning you pay upfront and your item ships once production is complete. For pre-orders:

- You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund anytime BEFORE production begins. We will email you when production has started.
- Once production has begun, the all-sales-final policy applies and the order can no longer be cancelled. The damaged/defective exception above still applies.
- If we are unable to meet the estimated ship date for any reason, we will email you with the new date, and you may choose to cancel for a full refund at that point.

European Union and United Kingdom Orders

If your order is shipped to an address in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. To use this right, the item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. This right is required by law and applies in addition to the damaged/defective exception above.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the refund to post to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, email solaarchived@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
